General returns policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety/hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of any cakes or baked goods once they have been dispatched. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," ordering errors, or personal preference.
Due to the perishable nature of the goods, returns are not accepted unless agreed by us in writing. Our liability for accepted claims is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods, at our discretion.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Any issues, including damage in transit, missing items, or incorrect products, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, you must provide:

Clear photographic evidence of the product and its original packaging

Details of the fault or non-conformity
If a fault is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement on the next available delivery date or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Due to the fast-paced nature of our wholesale operations, orders are often prepared and packed immediately upon receipt. As such, we do not accept any cancellations or amendments once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details, including quantities and delivery dates, are correct before finalising your purchase.
