Shipping Rates & Minimums

  • Minimum Order Value: £75
  • Orders £75 - £150: £15 delivery fee
  • Orders over £150: Free delivery

*First Order Starter Pack is exempt from the £75 minimum. Free delivery. Limit of one per customer lifetime.

Delivery Schedule & Coverage

Available Days: Tuesday – Saturday. We cannot deliver on Sundays, Mondays, UK Bank Holidays or days immediately following a UK Bank Holiday.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10:30 am will be processed the following working day.

Territory: We deliver to Mainland UK only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland. 

Delivery is not available to Offshore Islands, including the Isle of Wight, and Scottish Highlands/Islands with the following postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27, KA28, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH18, PH19-PH50, ZE1-ZE3, as the overnight delivery service is not offered by DPD to these locations. 

Preferred Delivery Dates

Please select a preferred delivery date via the drawer cart before checkout.

We only process one delivery date per order. If you require items to be delivered on different dates, please place separate orders.

If a Saturday delivery is required, please ensure this specific delivery option is selected at checkout.

Tracking & Courier (DPD)

All wholesale orders are dispatched via DPD Next Day Tracked.

DPD will attempt delivery twice. If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned to us. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we cannot offer refunds for failed or refused deliveries.

Address Validation 

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact name. We do not verify addresses via Royal Mail or other services; we ship to the exact details provided at checkout.

Acceptance of Goods 

Please ensure someone is available at the business premises to accept the delivery on your chosen date.

Force Majeure 

While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, road closures, or courier strikes.
